This is another great recipe from my bestie, Keri (love you)!  You can find the original recipe, along with several others worth checking out, here.  I love this recipe because it is just SO darn good!  But that love is magnified by the fact that it is also SO darn easy and since it is mostly pantry & freezer ingredients – I (& you) can have it anytime of year.  And sometimes, in the midst of cold weather, I really crave the tastes of summer.

 

Year-Round Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

2 (21 oz) cans peach pie filling

2 (11 oz) cans mandarin oranges in pear juice, drained

1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks in own juice, drained

1 (23.2 oz) container frozen strawberries in sugar, thawed

2 – 3 bananas, sliced

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and stir gently to incorporate.  That’s it, enjoy!
